  Site Visit Protocols

• Site visit is preplanned event and it can only take place when an investor has filed an application form and duly fixed site visit date; this facilitates our team to entertain each investor in a structured manner to full of its satisfaction
• Investor is requested to read thoroughly our proposal and other relevant documents; we welcome you sharing our proposal with your financial advisors; they can join you for visit also
• Maximum two persons are allowed with investors for site visit
• Site visit will be followed by sub sequent detailed meeting with investors
• Investors are requested to bring their address proofs - any 2 copies (Voting Card is must) - Voting card/License/Passport/Bankpass Book/Adhar Card
• Our team will have concerned farmer from whom land has been leased, agriculture officer, brain chamber operation team, advisors and existing investors ( if available) for investors meeting
• Key documents will be shared with investors as follows:
  • 7/12 of land
  • Lease agreement with farmer
  • Investment and Repayment Schedule for agreed Investment
  • Letter of Intent ( to be signed by Investor for intent to invest in Distance Agriculture Unit)
  • Draft MoU with all Terms and Conditions
